Hello, my name is Jose Diaz. I was raised and still reside in the South Shore of Massachusetts. I became interested in art at age 6 when I noticed how artistic my father was. He really enjoyed drawing and painting things. I wanted to replicate my father’s unique ability. Of course at that age I wasn’t very good, but I kept practicing to improve my skills. 

In 2001 I attended Bridgewater State University. After September 11, I decided to join the military and help others to fight for our great nation. I joined the Air Force and arrived to bootcamp on May 21, 2002. My job was an Aircraft Armament Systems Journeyman after my training was completed.

During my first deployment, I saw many aircrafts with nose and tail art. I really appreciated the history of this type of art, and on the squadron Commander’s jet we had a design that was also placed on our deployment challenge coin. I remember during that time thinking that I wish I knew how to create such a clean design. So my journey began there, and now after many years, I am finally back to creating art on a much more technical level thanks to New England Institute of Technology. My focus is now on the creation of new logo designs, branding/marketing, photography, UI/UX, and some passion projects of my own.
